    1. Not sure I agreed with all of the conclusions (some required a leap of logic that the author did not always summarize well), but the book was easy to read and full of great and sometimes obscure (but well documented) facts.


    2. I only read the first half for school, but I may finish it at some point. It was well laid out and worded for this kind of a book and shows in depth a part of American history that is often just grazed over.
