    1. Extremely interesting book from a fantastic author. After reading the excellent Great Irish Speeches by the same author I purchased this book, and I was not disappointed !. Goes along very well with Great Irish Speeches and I would recommend buying the two books together. This book is a compilation of important documents throughout Irish History, from the Anglo-Irish Treaty to the Good Friday Agreement. Excellent further reading for anyone studying Irish History or anyone who is just interested [...]

    2. Irish history buffs will love this. Some of the actual documents can be tedious to read through, but the introduction, explanations and background to each document was superb.I learned a lot of new things about Irish history and really enjoyed it.
