    1. This book ended very emotionally for me. I knew what was going on throughout the book and mostly how it was going to end, I just didn't imagine how many of my heart strings it would pull. I'm sad it is the last book in this collection because I enjoyed it quite a bit. Chloe, Greta, Grandpa they were all great characters.

    2. I read this on the KindleThis is the 4th & final book in the Appleseed Creek Mystery seriesI really enjoy this one & even guess the murderer this time before it was revealed You have murders plus the Amish side of the story in that you have Becky who is sister to Timothy who is courting Chloe they left the Amish their family are still hoping that they will return to their faith Grandfather Zook is a great character in this series, & Chloe gets on with him well, in this one Chloe want [...]

    3. The final book in the Appleseed Creek Mystery series. You don't need to read the other three though in order to enjoy this one. Of course, if you have you'll be thrilled to be back in this lively Amish community among some truly memorable characters. (I squealed when Grandfather Zook showed up on the scene.) Love the combination of cozy mystery in an Amish setting. We're back inside Chloe's head since this story is told entirely from her first person perspective. And that is definitely an entert [...]

    4. Love author Amanda Flowers! Appleseed Creek series is excellent! Highly recommend! Looking forward to the next series!

    5. Tragedy strikes at the Troyer farm when two visitors from a tourist bus fall ill after drinking milk from the farm. Chloe and Timothy know that nothing his father did or didn’t do caused the tourists to succumb, but can they prove it? Chloe is pressed into service to continue as the new tour guide, even while she is looking for clues. Being an undercover pseudo-cop fits her nature, and Chloe flourishes in the part. Well-developed and likeable characters in an intriguing plot make this novel in [...]

    6. Amanda Flower has done it again!Since I’ve always considered this novel a gift to my readers, I have decided to donate all of my royalties for the novel that I earn through Thanksgiving Day to charity. ~~ quote from Amanda's personal blog, 9/3/2014This sequel has garnered quite a lot of attention what does an author do when her book isn't going to be published as planned?Did a quirky turn of events slow down the author? Nope! Not for more than a hope and a jump…That’s how long it took for [...]

    7. BACK OF THE BOOK BLURB(from )The Amish community in Appleseed Creek's new bishop believes the best way to help his district in the struggling economy is to increase tourism. He invites Blue Suede Tours from Mississippi to visit the community and asks his district to host the southern visitors. The Troyer family agrees to participate in the tour with an old-fashioned milking demonstration on the family's dairy farm. But when two Mississippians die during the milk taste test, the local police chie [...]

    8. Since I don't normally write reviews unless I have something specific to say, here's the break down of how I rate my books1 star This book was bad, so bad I may have given up and skipped to the end. I will avoid this author like the plague in the future.2 stars This book was not very good, and I won't be reading any more from the author.3 stars This book was ok, but I won't go out of my way to read more, But if I find another book by the author for under a dollar I'd pick it up.4 stars I really [...]

    9. In A Plain Malice, a bus full of tourists from the south visit the Troyer farm, and two drop dead from poisoning after drinking milk that Mr. Troyer provides. Of course he's a suspect, and of course the chief has Chloe get involved. She takes over as tour guide since the tour guide was one of those who died. There are plenty of other suspects, as the one thing that Amanda Flower does very well is create just horrid sounding peripheral characters. The plot is a decent one, and I didn't suspect th [...]

    10. TrustThe end of a well written story of a young lady trying to find her own way with a fresh start. Chloe had lost her mother and father with different circumstances of life. She takes a job in amish country and her life takes on a spin of changes. She has to learn trust in God and be patient. She also finds herself in a few bizarre situations with life threatening issues. Start on page one book one on a interesting tale of suspense, love , friendship, and trusting in God to deliver her into the [...]

    11. Another one of her books I really did not want to put down & go to bed. The person who i first thought was the killer wasn't. But when Chloe went to the bus to look at some pictures i was like wait i know who it is !! I'm hoping there will be another book to this set. Need to find out how Chloe's and Tim's wedding turns outAll so if Tim's sister get's to know the new neighbor next to her dads farm better

    12. I found that this book was a good closer to the first three but I kind of want them to keep going to see how the rest of the families that we have met in the books, lives work out. I would recommend this book to anyone interested in romance/cultural stories, and just little bit of detective work. I would will most likely read this book again in the future.

    13. Love this series! This has been such a fun series to read. I love the blend of Amish and English. I enjoyed trying to figure out the "whodunit" aspect as well. The author leaves you enough clues to allegations w you to figure it out. Another great story by Amanda Flower

    14. Other than the many punctuation errors in this book, I really enjoyed this latest book in the series. Time will tell if she goes on but another book to continue the story would be fantastic! Looking forward to Becky getting a romance going !!

    15. Without going in to too much detail, I will see I continue to enjoy this series and would read more if they are offered. I always am intrigued with books about the Amish. I would definitely recommend this for those that like this topic.

    16. Another enjoyable read. Always fun to see places mentioned where you live although I doubt a girl with no driver's license living in Amish country could slip down and go shopping at Polaris mall for the day!

    17. I like all the characters, the setting, and the story. I was so caught up, I didn't notice the punctuation errors other mention. And I didn't figure out who the villain was until near the end. Can't wait to see what future books bring.

    18. 3.5 stars. Lots of editing issues, I still finished the book and will read the next as I'm interested in Chloe and Timothy's relationship.

    19. I liked the story as I liked the entire series. However I wish that the author had chosen a different motive in this book.

    20. There were some really obvious editing issues and punctuation problems. Loved the ending of the book so I'll be back for more!

    21. Flower ChildWow. Amanda Flower just keeps on surprising me. I have to admit that I have a favorite villain selected to be the primo suspect. Alas, not yet. Maybe next book.
