    1. Looks fantasticJust looking through this book gets me excited to spend some time in the kitchen! I plan on spending the next week cooking through the recipes that piqued my interest. Sometimes you just know the combination of ingredients and technique are gonna be great. Oh, and I didn't find the ingredients unusual at all, especially if you already eat anything close to a whole food diet.


    2. The best Paleo book out there, and hard to believe it's completely autoimmune protocol. Beautifully created and produced.



    3. Literally the only thing that I found that was acceptable in this book was the beginning explaining what foods you could and could not eat. I also liked that it explained what nightshades were and what was included. The only recipe that I liked was one for chili and I hate chili with a passion. Does this sound yum? beef tongue? Rabbit? I cannot eat something that is a pet, the are too cute to put in my belly. Chicken hearts? Me vomiting. Pork Cheeks? So much of this book is not stuff that the co [...]


    4. This is an outstanding collection of delicious, yet attainable, meals to make while following AIP. I love the “I’m a real person” information given about autoimmune diseases & “leaky gut,” as well as Bryant’s calming, have-no-fear mentality towards this important lifestyle decision. I especially love the awesome sauces section for those go-to condiments you just can’t have with AIP. I’m so glad I found this book & I cannot wait to make so many of these recipes!


    5. Broken up into sections, you can go right to the recipes that you want to make. It boosts pictures and easy to follow instructions. There are plenty of recipes to fit all sorts of tastes, so you're sure to find a good amount of recipes that you'd want to try.
