    1. A lot of information about Keto and the benefits on the body. There were recipes and tips for starting a keto diet. IT was free and I was glad I picked it up!


    2. No nutrient info on recipes: strike one. Rice, grains and beans included in some recipes strike 2. Strike 3 is conflicting info on exercise section left me alittle confused. There are better intro books currently available for beginners. I’ve been doing this for 3 mos now and was hoping for a good resource to offer friends interested in the diet. I would only recommend to those already doing this way of life so they don’t accidentally take longer to get into ketosis.
