Usually I find these types of books don't offer enough examples, but in this case the authors offered specific examples from their own work experience. Several of the concepts were new for me and for the ones that weren't this book provided a great refresher.

    14. Great book which I got for attending Jeff's workshop in Graz (Austria) from the man himself. I liked that it was easy to read and follow, yet provided real world examples in addition to the "theory of Lean UX".The only downside is that I would like to see more on how to fight against traditional "feature factories". As a "lone wolf" it's incredibly hard to fight against dozens if not hundreds of people for a change that many won't understand.


    15. This book explains how to practice UX design as efficiently as possible. I appreciate the book's various nuggets of wisdom, especially the authors' insights about working with remote teams. The authors put a significant emphasis on collaboration, and they give you guidance on how to collaborate with stakeholders effectively. The case studies at the end are great, too.

I read many books about Lean such as Lean Startup, Lean Thinking, Lean Mindset and others but this is one of my favourite because it is plenty of practicas examples.If you want to discover what is the connexion between Lean, Design Thinking and Agility go ahead to (or Bookstore) and buy one.I strongly recommend this book to everyone involved in designing and building products.

    18. A am kind of on the fence on this one. It is good but, do not expect explicit answers or questions. It is more filled with guidance and case studies. I see it more like a workbook you keep next to you for a while, while you decide if you want to go all in or, use only some of the pieces that makes up Lean/Agile/Scrum.Definitely worth a read, just have the right expectation when you start.

    20. This was recommended by a colleague at work as we use this heavily. I am yet to figure out how to move from deliverables to outcomes. This book is a quick read! Yet to summarise this and see what aspects I am going to implement.


    21. This has some good primer info for someone like me learning about UX design, but it felt stretched a bit thin. Also, I wasn't in the target audience for the last 1/3 of the book, which felt aimed at managers.


    22. Excellent UX strategyAs a UX engineer, I've worked on several teams with all different design processes. This book encapsulated all the lessons I've learned through years of successes and failures.
