    1. I love this series. I procrastinated a bit finishing this last volume, and now I'm sad that it's over. Fantastic ending though - it leaves nothing to be desired, I've just grown attached to the characters and don't want to let them go yet.

    2. I can't say enough about this series. I am NOT a big "epic fantasy" reader but these had everything I love: romance, action, suspense, and above all just GOOD writing. I always shy away from these types of books because I can be picky about not wanting too much gore/violence and I hate fantasy worlds that are too complex or hard to understand. NOT SO with this series. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to understand them and at the same time, they are brilliantly and beautifully written so [...]

    3. I've loved Tiger and Del from the beginning, even though Tiger was quite the womanizer in the beginning and Del could be a little prickly. But Jennifer Roberson did such a good job of digging below the surface of these two characters and bringing out the raw humanity of them. This series is even better because of the ending. Well done! Wrapped up in the very last chapter, the reader is satisfied and nothing is left hanging. Definately one of my favorite series.

    4. Someone should change the page count to this listing. With that said, I have to say this was one series that I adored reading.Everything about this series made me fall in love with the characters, the setting, the circle. When Del said she'd like to name the girl Sula I almost cried. My only regret is there are no books about the rest of their lives. *sigh* I was so sad to read the final pages, wanting more & grieving the fact that there wasn't more once I closed the book.

    5. I loved these books. You may ask why but don't expect a reasonable answer. I just don't know why. I wouldn't dare recommend them to anyone else unless they've read other jennifer roberson novels and enjoyed them. I saw them on a bookshelf and despite their ridiculous covers I picked them up and quickly sped through them.
