Was an immigrant, a refugee, a foreigner, daughter of an Easter Europe diplomat, a scholarship sponsored student, a divorcee, a woman who returned to the work force well past her prime time, sometimes discriminated against her male counterpar [...]

    2. I really enjoyed the book. It was very detailed; not a light read. I was interested in the topics covered: Albight's childhood, her father's career, her family history, the political history of Czechoslovakia around the time of WWII and Albrights path to becoming the first female secretary of state. I couldn't put it down, but I wouldn't recommend picking it up unless you want to read about some otherwise dry topics.
