    1. A very nice summary of how to restore degraded landscapes at a site and regional level. The need for landscape-level thinking is often recognized in restoration literature, but rarely is it done or explained in concrete actionable terms. This book provides a framework for practitioners to do just that. My one qualm is that the case studies presented focus almost exclusively on rangelands, but that does not detract from the theoretical component of the book.
